9-1-1 Centers within Illinois have joined together with a common goal to educate the public on the importance of 9-1-1. This goal has evolved into a statewide “challenge” to educate as many people on 9-1-1, it uses, its challenges, and its future capabilities during the month of April while honoring National 9-1-1 Education Month.

We are urging all media, educational organizations, parents, and caregivers to assist with this challenge and help present accurate information promoting awareness and educational materials relating to 9-1-1.
